Kept ("the app") is a personal cash tracking app for people who deal in physical notes, including travelers carrying more than one currency. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: Kept does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
None. Kept does not collect any personal information, and it does not require you to create an account or sign in.
Everything you enter into Kept (your cash entries, wallet note breakdowns, currencies, work shifts and earnings, notes, and settings) is stored only locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.
None. Because Kept does not collect or transmit any data, there is nothing for us to share or sell. Kept contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Kept is designed to work fully offline and does not need an internet connection to function.
Your data is kept in the app's private storage on your device. Kept offers an optional PIN and biometric (fingerprint or face) lock for added privacy; biometric checks are performed by your device's operating system and are never seen by the app or by us. When you uninstall Kept, its data is removed by your device's operating system.
Kept lets you create a backup file of your data and restore from one. Backup files are created on your device and saved wherever you choose. We never receive, access, or store these files; what you do with a backup file is entirely up to you.
If Kept offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, the payment is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details; please refer to Google's privacy policy for how payment information is handled.
Kept is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
